Accessibility Statement (AODA)
iGuides Canada is committed to making ProspectLocal accessible to people with disabilities, in keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.
1. Our Commitment
We strive to provide a Service that is usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, and to treat all users with dignity and independence.
2. Standard We Aim For
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. We work to support keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast, readable text, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
3. Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features and periodically test existing ones, and we work to remove barriers as we identify them. Some third-party components may not yet be fully accessible, and we work with our providers to improve them.
4. Alternate Formats
If you need information from us in an accessible format or with communication support, contact us and we will work with you to provide it in a suitable format in a timely way.
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Service. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us what happened and the assistive technology you were using so we can investigate:
